Butter & Crumble is a girl boss owned bakery specializing in elevated laminated pastries and layered crumble cakes with an emphasis on playful creativity and attention to detail. With monthly changing menus, a commitment to local produce, elevated techniques, and layering of flavors, we are never afraid to go the extra mile to make a visit to our bakery something special for our customers. Our bakery is slammed from the moment we open until we sellout, and we are looking for team members who can thrive in a face pace, high stress and multitasking environment, and most importantly share our passion for pastry, coffee, and service. Whether it’s behind the counter on our Front of House team, our Baristas pulling espresso behind the bar, or our Bakers piping creams into croissants, every member of our team plays an equally important part in making our vision come to life.
